About Yarnhugs
I am Meryem Circi. Ever since I was a child, handicrafts have been my greatest passion. My creativity has always played a major role in my life. I am always busy thinking, making, designing and working out my ideas. The best thing is that you can turn ideas into tangible objects in all sorts of ways, which is why I not only crochet, knit or embroider, but I also like to make paintings, drawings, macramé (you name it).
After working as a municipal official for 25 years, I decided in 2022 to turn my passion into my job. On August 1, 2022, I opened my craft shop at Kinkerstraat 380H, Amsterdam. It is a beautiful, cozy shop with a wide variety of yarn, crochet and knitting needles, bags, accessories and much more. Over the years, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in all kinds of crafts. I also really enjoy helping and advising people.
